A new coffee shop concept called Queue Coffee wanted a contemporary aesthetic was chosen for this new brand and carried through the interior design by YBA. After visiting and researching coffee shops in cities around the world, the owner and design team wanted to create an amenity for the building that would be a place its residents could go early in the morning as well as late in the evening. Like the multi-functioning cafés on the streets of Europe, this new amenity space was designed to be an extension of the apartment lobby. It creates a seamless transition for residents in the building above as if it was an extension of their personal living space.
