An exciting new mixed-use community integrating vibrant, high-quality housing. The sustainable design plan with a mix of uses, housing types and community amenities that complement and integrate into Midtown Phoenix. The heart of the community will be a commercial center celebrating Arizona grown and cooked cuisine, including the vibrant new Activate Market, a market hall that features neighborhood businesses, as well as the new headquarters of Activate Food Arizona, an organization whose mission is to develop community-based solutions to food system challenges.

The proposed housing includes 284 mixed-income apartments in three buildings offered at 30%, 50% and 60% of AMI as well as market rate apartments. Activate Columbus will also feature many community and public amenities, including: a children’s play area, dog park, shaded pedestrian connections, community garden and public green space as well as Phoenix Fire’s newest response quarters.
