Serving as a dining destination in North Portland’s Concordia neighborhood, Alberta Alley is a creative reuse and addition to an existing building. The addition is a free-standing building at the previously open corner of the site. This new building provides additional restaurant tenant space, but also creates pedestrian pathways and well defined outdoor seating.

One of the pathways continues into the existing building. It provides a visual terminus but also easier access to the tenants at the inner corner of the site. The facades are painted by local street artists and provide a beautiful backdrop to the local restaurants’ amazing dishes.
