Dorsey Station and Dorsey Market is an exciting new mixed-use community located in Tempe. This is a vibrant, high-quality, affordable housing communities that follows The City of Tempe’s goals of providing affordable housing and a grocery offering. The proposed housing includes 400 affordable housing units in seven four- and five-story buildings. To meet the diverse housing needs of Tempe residents, Dorsey Station will include seven studios, 247 one-bedroom units, 105 two-bedroom units, and 41 three-bedroom units.

Dorsey Station will create pedestrian friendly connections and promote use of public transportation; residents and guests will have ease of access and connections to the streetcar and light rail station at Dorsey and Apache, the Orbit Mars and Mercury routes, as well as the 72 and 82 bus routes by utilizing an anticipated newly added crossing from the main opening of Dorsey Market. By integrating this mix of uses through an innovative design, Dorsey Station will become a draw for people and activity, continue the revitalization of Tempe, and catalyze other redevelopment activity.
