The sitting area of the lobby features unique floating concrete stairs and a floating leasing office. The glass walls and guardrails further accentuate the concrete texture which the graphic wall paper and wood accents keep the space warm.

The many amenity spaces continue the warm and fun themes set up by the lobby. The fitness room features a reused gym floor from a local high school and a mural. The community room and roof deck on level 3 continues the light and bright whites, warm woods and comfortable furnishings.
