Located at the terminus of the Westside Express Service (WES train) and at Wilsonville’s transit hub, Vuela Apartments are part of a greater densification effort by the city of Wilsonville. The ground floor contains a few commercial functions along with residential units and amenities. It will house the Smart Transit Welcome center and a branch of the Wilsonville Community Sharing Food Bank.  This project received the 2025 Building Tomorrow Today award from the Oregon Chapter of the American Planning Association (OAPA) for providing housing opportunities and social services for the most vulnerable in our community.

There is a coffeehouse and tap room for the community to pick up their breakfast on their way to work on transit. The residential units are a wide mix of types so every household will find the perfect place for them. The residents enjoy many amenities such a community room, fitness and a lovely courtyard, centered on preserving three existing, large trees.
