Tiffany Lai

Tiffany is a project manager at YBA Architects. She has nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of projects, including large multi-family and mixed-use developments, high tech factories (including semiconductor manufacturing), single family homes, small commercial buildings, and tenant improvements.

She specializes in managing large, mixed-used apartment buildings. Tiffany found her joy in complex buildings while working on high tech manufacturing projects, but missed the human touch. Moving to apartments let her keep all the technical and complex problem solving, while contributing to our urban fabric and helping the people around her.

Tiffany has a passion for all things technical, including Building Information Management (BIM) and building technology. She aims to make daily work as efficient as possible, both for her design team and the contractor in the field.

When not working, Tiffany is the President of the Hillsboro Symphony Orchestra and their lead trombonist. She has been a member of the orchestra since 2005 and on the board since 2017. She successfully led the organization through the pandemic and is excited for what the future will bring for the organization.
