Tim Schneider

Tim is a registered Architect and Associate at YBA with more than a decade of experience designing multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, affordable housing, and tenant improvement projects. He is passionate about every stage of the architectural process, guiding projects from early concept through construction and bringing thoughtful design ideas to life.

Driven by a belief that architecture should strengthen both communities and the people who inhabit them, Tim focuses on creating custom architectural and site designs that express a strong identity and sense of place, grounded in the natural environment. His work is informed by a deep interest in the history and evolution of urban design and by the responsibility designers have in shaping vibrant, resilient cities. He believes urban design, architecture and the natural environment are interconnected, and that the most successful places are functional, inclusive, and enduring.

When not working, Tim enjoys exploring the outdoors through camping and hiking, and he continues to draw inspiration from the diverse landscapes and natural environments he encounters.
